What is a Writing Fellow?

A Writing Fellow is a peer writing tutor that is paired with a specific class.

The fellow meets with the professor of their class regularly in order to stay familiar with the content students are learning as well as to highlight and work on concerns students may have in the class. Fellows can also attend classes when needed to help foster meaningful conversations for example.

The biggest part of being a writing fellow is to meet with students one-on-one in order to help students understand every part of the writing process.

I also have some technical skills on ePortfolio (WordPress) and other mediums (like video, sound, photo) that are helpful for students as they develop their ePortfolios and work on class projects.
